Introspection
featuring artworks by Lisa Murphy
Introspection is a snapshot into Lisa Murphy’s artistic life from 2018 - present. These works are a culmination of experimentation and learning, where Lisa practices intentionally looking inward. This introspection came with realizations of tendencies to people please, feelings of valid, yet difficult, anger, and feelings of unease and distress. Despite these difficult arisings, Lisa’s work in Introspection holds space for a lot of joy, while processing and focusing on mental health.
